Prop Firm Capital Refund and Account Termination Policy

At Prop Firm Capital, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair service. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our refund and account termination policies below. Please read these policies carefully before participating in any of our programs.

Account Termination

1. Termination Requests

– Customers may terminate their Trading Account at any time by sending an email to

. A request to cancel the Trading Account will be treated as an intent to terminate the agreement, resulting in the loss of access to the Services, including the Client Section and Trading Platform.

– Upon receipt of the cancellation request, Prop Firm Capital will confirm via email, effectively ending the contractual relationship. In such cases, customers are not entitled to refunds of any fees paid or other expenses incurred.

2. Violation of Trading Rules

– If a customer violates any trading rules and has been previously notified by the Provider, access to all or part of the Services, including the Client Section and Trading Platform, may be restricted without compensation, and no fee refunds will be issued.

3. Disputed Fees

– Should a customer unjustifiably dispute a fee with their bank or payment service provider, resulting in a request for annulment, cancellation, or refund, Prop Firm Capital reserves the right to cease service provision and deny future service.

4. Activation and Suspension of Accounts

– Upon payment, customers will receive login details for the Trading Platform at the provided email address or within the Client Section. The account is considered activated once the customer receives these credentials.

– If the account is not activated within 30 calendar days from the availability date, access will be suspended. Customers must request access renewal by emailing

within three days of suspension; otherwise, service provision will be terminated without a refund.

Refund Policy for Challenge Fees

5. Eligibility for Refunds

– Refunds on the challenge fees are only applicable to Step 2 funded accounts. Step 1 and instant funding do not qualify for refunds.

6. Conditions for Refunds

– Refunds for Step 2 accounts are only payable upon the first successful withdrawal of profits. Refunds will not be processed through Stripe but will be issued either via USDT (Tether) or bank transfer.

7. No Refunds for Failed Challenges

– No refunds will be issued if a trader fails the challenge.

8. Discretionary Decisions

– Prop Firm Capital reserves the right to make all decisions regarding refunds at its sole discretion. All rights regarding refunds are decided by Prop Firm Capital.

9. Important Notices

– If trading credentials are not received within 24 hours of registration, please send an email to our support team before requesting any refunds. Once trading credentials are issued, fees become non-refundable, including both full and partial refunds.

11. Refund Payment Methods

– All refunds for the Two-Step Challenge will be processed either through USDT (Tether) or bank transfer, depending on the client’s preference and agreement with Prop Firm Capital.

– All decisions regarding refunds are final and at the sole discretion of Prop Firm Capital. By participating in our programs, clients agree to this refund policy and understand that all decisions made by Prop Firm Capital are final.
